Where can I buy your products?

You can securely buy from our secure eCommerce website and we will have the items shipped to your location at cost. Alternatively, you can buy from selected retail outlets who stock our products instore.

Do you have a shop outlet where I can collect my order?

We operate as an online store and do not have a retail shop front. You can securely buy from our secure eCommerce website and your items will be shipped to your preferred location using Australia Post shipping.

Where areas do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout Australia and New Zealand. We use Australia Post services for our deliveries and all deliveries are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase if the product is in stock. You will be advised if the requested product is out of stock or in transit, with expected time of delivery.

Please note that all delivery times will be according to Australia Post’s timelines and prevailing COVID-19 restrictions.

For New Zealand (International) deliveries please note that we are not responsible for any Customs or import Duties.

How do I become a Stockist and register for a Wholesale account?

If you are interested in becoming a Stockist, please submit your enquiry via the Wholesale contact us page and we will get in touch.

What are your shipping rates?

We use Australia Post satchel bags and ’If it Packs, It Posts’ flat rate postage for items weighing up to 5kg for all our shipping. For bulkier purchases please contact us directly before confirming your order in order to work out the postage costs.
