West African All-Purpose Jollof Dry Spice (For Jollof Rice, Pilaf, Stews and Sauces)

West African All-Purpose Jollof Dried Spice Powder is used in cooking the famous Jollof Rice, the signature smokey-spiced tomato rice dish of West Africa.

It also goes very well with Pilaf rice, West African stews, savoury soups and curries and for roasting or cooking BBQ meats and chicken.

Use as a marinade with meats, chicken and vegetables for a mouthwatering savoury flavour!

Jollof Rice originated from the Wollof Community in Senegal but is now widely eaten at homes and parties throughout other West African countries and abroad. 

Note that colours may vary, and some clumping may occur. This is normal as it is preservative-free. Simply shake the bag or break it down with the back of a spoon.

Ingredients: Turmeric, coriander, ginger, chilli, onion, garlic, paprika, fennel, cinnamon, nutmeg, cumin, fenugreek, salt.
