 Tigernut Flour is an all-round organic flour that's Gluten Free, Nut Free, Non-Allergenic, Non-GMO, and Paleo-friendly. It is an excellent option for gluten-free bakers. It works similarly to almond flour with the added boost of a slight sweet and nutty flavour.

Tiger nut flour is a great ingredient to added extra moisture and fiber to baked goods both savory and sweet. While you can incorporate Tigernut Flour into pastry bases, it also works well in breads, which gain their lightness from the addition of baking soda, while eggs bind the loaf together.

 Some veggie burgers incorporate flour or other ground grains to help bind the ingredients together. Tigernut Flour can be used instead of wheat flour as a gluten-free option when making vegetarian burgers or patties.

Tigernut Flour gives texture to sweet baked goods such as biscotti, cookies, Anzac biscuits and pie crusts. Add to brownies, cakes, muffins, pancakes, and pudding for a sweet protein punch. Its nutty flavour also works well when added to veggie burgers.
