We have created our convenient Tigernut Milk Drink Powder Mix/Smoothie Protein Booster Powder that you mix with water to make the famous invigorating and energy-enhancing Tigernut Milk Drink (known in the Hausa language of Nigeria as Kunun Aya or Horchata de Chufa in Spanish).

It has a slight nutty, coconut creamy sweet flavour and is packed with raw energy, vitality and prebiotic fibre which promotes great gut health and immunity.

Tigernut Milk Drink Powder Mix is Gluten, Nut, and Dairy free. Made completely from organic plant food ingredients it is vegan, Non-GMO, and Paleo-friendly.

Directions for use:

1) Add 1 tablespoon to smoothies, breakfast oats and yoghurts for an extra fibre and protein energy boost. That's why it's also called Smoothie Protein Booster Powder.

2) Add to water to make Tigernut Milk Drink/Horchata De Chufa/Kunun Aya:

• Add 1 cup Tigernut Milk Powder Mix to 3 cups warm water in a blender and blend for 1 minute.
• Leave to stand for 5 minutes to re-hydrate, then blend again for 1 minute.
• Sieve using a nut milk bag, muslin cloth or fine strainer.
• Pour the Tigernut Milk Drink into a glass and enjoy! You can add a sprinkle of ginger/cinnamon/cardamom, or any sweetener of your choice to taste.
